From  Chubu Int'l Airport (NGO)

- Recommended Way:

1. Take the Meitetsu Line: At Centrair Station, board a Meitetsu line train heading towards Nagoya Station. Look for the train displaying [NH36].

2. Transfer at Jingumae Station: After a short ride, you will arrive at Jingumae Station [NH33]. Here, you will need to transfer to a different Meitetsu line train.

3. Continue towards Toyohashi: At Jingumae Station, look for a train that is bound for Toyohashi. These trains will be indicated with the code [NH01].

4. Get off at Higashi-Okazaki Station: Stay on the train until you reach Higashi-Okazaki Station [NH13]. The journey from Centrair to Higashi-Okazaki Station will take approximately one hour.

5. Walk to the Conference Center: Once you arrive at Higashi-Okazaki Station, exit through the South Exit. From the south exit, walk straight ahead, going up the hill. As you continue, the road will veer slightly to the left. Follow this road for about 10 minutes. Okazaki Conference Center will be located on your left-hand side."

From  Narita Int'l Airport (NRT)

There are primarily three ways to access:

Recommended way: most convenient option

Taking a domestic flight from Narita to Chubu Centrair International Airport (NGO), and then follow the directions provided above.

Alternative way1:

1. Take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station: At Narita Airport, follow the signs for the JR (Japan Railways) lines. Take the Narita Express train bound for Tokyo Station. This journey takes approximately one hour.

2. Transfer to the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Toyohashi*: At Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokaido Shinkansen line bound for Toyohashi. There are three types trains: Of KODAMA Shinkansen trains stopping at Toyohashi Station, Of HIKARI trains stopping at Toyohashi every two hours. NOZOMI trains do not stop at Toyohashi Station. The journey to Toyohashi* takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, depending on the train type.

3. Transfer to the Meitetsu Line at Toyohashi Station*: At Toyohashi Station, transfer to the Meitetsu Line. Look for the Meitetsu Limited Express train bound for Gifu.

*Note 1: Japan Rail (JR), operators of the Shinkansen, and Meitetsu Railways are two separate train lines, though both lines are accessed through the same station building. You will need to buy a separate ticket in order to take any Meitetsu trains should you transfer from the Shinkansen.

4. Get off at Higashi-Okazaki Station: Take the Meitetsu Limited Express to Higashi-Okazaki Station [NH13]. The ride from Toyohashi to Higashi-Okazaki takes approximately 20-30 minutes.

5. Walk to the Conference Center: Once you arrive at Higashi-Okazaki Station, exit through the South Exit. From the south exit, walk straight ahead, going up the hill. As you continue, the road will veer slightly to the left. Follow this road for about 10 minutes. Okazaki Conference Center will be located on your left-hand side.

Alternative way2:

1. Take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station: At Narita Airport, follow the signs for the JR (Japan Railways) lines. Take the Narita Express train bound for Tokyo Station. This journey takes approximately one hour.

2. Transfer to the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Nagoya: At Tokyo Station, transfer to the Tokaido Shinkansen line bound for Nagoya. The Nozomi or Hikari Shinkansen trains are the fastest options. The journey to Nagoya takes approximately 1 hour and 30-45 minutes, depending on the train type.

3. Transfer to the Meitetsu Line at Nagoya Station: Once you arrive at Nagoya Station, follow the signs for the Meitetsu Line. You will need to find the Meitetsu Nagoya Station.

4. Take the Meitetsu Limited Express to Higashi-Okazaki Station: At Meitetsu Nagoya Station, board a Meitetsu Limited Express train bound for Toyohashi. Get off at Higashi-Okazaki Station [NH13]. The ride from Meitetsu Nagoya to Higashi-Okazaki takes approximately 30 minutes.

1. Take the Keikyu Line from Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station: At Haneda Airport, follow the signs for the Keikyu Line. Board a Keikyu Limited Express or Keikyu Express train bound for Shinagawa.The journey to Shinagawa Station takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

2. Transfer to the JR Tokaido Shinkansen (Bullet Train) at Shinagawa Station: Once you arrive at Shinagawa Station, follow the signs for the Shinkansen. You will need to purchase a ticket for the JR Tokaido Shinkansen bound for Nagoya. Board a Hikari or Kodama Shinkansen train. The Nozomi does not stop at Toyohashi. Get off the Shinkansen at Toyohashi Station. The journey from Shinagawa to Toyohashi takes approximately 1 hour and 15-30 minutes, depending on the train.

3. Transfer to the Meitetsu Main Line at Toyohashi Station: At Toyohashi Station, follow the signs for the Meitetsu Line. Purchase a ticket for Higashi-Okazaki on the Meitetsu Main Line. Board a Meitetsu Limited Express or Rapid Express train bound for Gifu or Nagoya, making sure it stops at Higashi-Okazaki. The journey from Toyohashi to Higashi-Okazaki takes approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on the train.

Recommended way: 

1. Take the Haruka Express to Shin-Osaka Station: At Kansai Airport Station, board the JR Haruka Express train bound for Kyoto. Get off at Shin-Osaka Station. This journey takes approximately 50 minutes.

2. Transfer to the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Nagoya: At Shin-Osaka Station, transfer to the Tokaido Shinkansen line bound for Tokyo. Take either the Nozomi or Hikari Shinkansen. Get off at Nagoya Station. The journey to Nagoya takes approximately 50-60 minutes, depending on the train type.

3. Transfer to the Meitetsu Line at Nagoya Station: Once you arrive at Nagoya Station, follow the signs for the Meitetsu Line. You will need to find the Meitetsu Nagoya Station.

4. Take the Meitetsu Limited Express to Higashi-Okazaki Station: At Meitetsu Nagoya Station, board a Meitetsu Limited Express train bound for Toyohashi. Get off at Higashi-Okazaki Station [NH13]. The ride from Meitetsu Nagoya to Higashi-Okazaki takes approximately 30 minutes.
